Casablanca’s latest release, “The World Is Not Enough,” comes in at number one on the Billboard Top 200, with sales of just over 10 million copies sold in the U.S. and Canada, making it the most successful release to date.
“We are proud of this achievement,” said Casablancas label CEO David Niedzwiecki.
“The album is a statement of our core belief that music should always be a positive force for social change, and that is what we continue to focus on with every new release.
We are very grateful to our fans for making the world a better place through music.”
The album was released on March 8, and is now on sale in more than 130 countries worldwide.
It was written and produced by Casablans producer David Loy.
“My biggest regret,” Niedszwiescki said.
“There were so many great albums released last year.
I can’t think of a single one that I was more proud of.”
The tracklisting for “The Worlds Is Not None” includes “I Feel Like a Woman,” “All That I Need,” “Innocent Love,” “The Sun Never Sets,” “I Want It That Way,” “Love Is the Drug” and “You Know You Can’t Say No.”
Casablanca is also celebrating the release of a new album.
The group is working on the follow-up to “The End of Day,” which was recorded at the group’s home studio.
The album will be out on July 21.
The group will also be on tour this summer.
