Artist Kanye West and Phyl R.A.M. announced a joint album called “Rough Days” on Tuesday, and the album is expected to be released on June 22.
The album will feature guests from Drake and producer Dr. Dre, with Drake serving as executive producer.
The record is expected be released in conjunction with the release of Drake’s “Hotline Bling.”
The song was originally recorded with Drake and Jay-Z in 2015, and is set to be featured on Drake’s upcoming album.
The rapper also shared his thoughts on the album on Twitter.
“I don’t know where this song came from but I love it.
It’s a little bit of a ‘I can’t believe I just got fired up,’ type of song.
I love that Kanye West is just so confident and just wants to get the album out there.
It was a little fun to do it, but it was fun to see it come out,” Drake said.
He continued, “I don [like] it.
I like it in a bad way.
I really like that we got to go back to our roots and try to make something that is real.
I’m just trying to figure out what’s going to be the right sound for it.
But it’s gonna be a good one.
I think that’s what this is about.”
